Foodmatic Platform

1. Definitions

  • Platform: The Foodmatic website.
  • Company: The entity that owns and operates the Foodmatic platform.
  • User / Customer: Any person who uses the platform or makes a purchase through it.
  • Products: Food items offered for sale on the platform.
  • Order: A completed purchase transaction عبر the platform.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Foodmatic platform, you acknowledge and agree to be fully bound by these Terms and Conditions.
If you do not agree, you must stop using the platform immediately.

3. Nature of the Platform

  • Foodmatic is an e-commerce platform for selling food products within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia only.
  • All products comply with applicable laws and regulations in the Kingdom.

4. Registration and Account

  • Some services may require creating an account.
  • Users must provide accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Users are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.

5. Orders and Payment

  • All orders are subject to availability.
  • Prices displayed include applicable taxes (if any).
  • Payments are processed through approved electronic payment methods داخل المملكة.

6. Delivery (At Customer’s Expense)

  • Orders are delivered within the specified geographic coverage through approved delivery partners.
  • Delivery fees are fully borne by the customer and will be clearly calculated and displayed before completing the payment.
  • Delivery fees may vary depending on the location and nature of the order.
  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to operational or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Foodmatic is not responsible for delays caused by delivery service providers once the order has been handed over to them.

7. Returns and Refunds (Reporting Within One Hour)

Due to the nature of food products, returns or exchanges are only accepted in the following cases:

  • The product is damaged upon delivery
  • The product does not match the described specifications

Reporting Conditions:

  • The issue must be reported within one (1) hour of receiving the order.
  • Reports must be submitted عبر the platform’s official communication channels.
  • Proof of the product’s condition must be provided.

Notes:

  • Claims submitted after this period will not be accepted.
  • Foodmatic reserves the right to reject requests in cases of improper storage or misuse after delivery.

8. Prohibited Use

Users are prohibited from:

  • Misusing the platform
  • Providing misleading information
  • Attempting to hack or disrupt the system
  • Using the platform for illegal purposes

9. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and designs are owned by Foodmatic and may not be used or reproduced without prior written permission.

10. Disclaimer

  • Foodmatic does not guarantee that the service will be free from technical errors.
  • The platform is not liable for any indirect losses resulting from the use of the service.

11. Amendments

Foodmatic reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any updates.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts within the Kingdom.
